- Perform IV starts and patient care in a collaborative environment
- Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
- Weekend coverage required every other weekend
- Scrubs required in the color Eggplant (not provided)
- Complete 28 hours of orientation with additional module hours as needed
- Participate in team components:
- RN PCT/CNA/Tech
- RN PCT/CNA/Tech LPN (as available/hired)
- Virtual Nurse
- Lead PCT
- Virtual Sitters
- Participate in ongoing modules pre-start and potentially during orientation
- Employees must have the Flu vaccine
- References: Two supervisor references required
- Local candidates within 60 miles may be accepted at a lower rate
- Return staff policy: Must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler
- Interviewing practices may not involve a formal interview process.
