What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Medicine Physician position at Cynet locums?

Shift :

6 shifts per month

Details :

Single ED physician covers 24 hours shifts.

Average patient volume is 21 per 24 hour shift.

Vast majority of the patients are Level 3,4 or 5 (72%).

Primary care coverage of inpatient care 24 / 7.

Effective telestroke program well established.

Single call to Medical Access Center for transfers / physician consultation.

EMR : EPIC

Credentialing timeframe : 2-3 months

Comfortable with RURAL locations

Requirements :

Board Certified - Required (can accept FM)

Active OR license - Required or IMLC

Clean background, no malpractice - Required

Local candidates, no flights - highly preferred

Controlled Substance (CSR / CDS)

Oregon

Note : All logistics car rental miles coverage, housing, and malpractice with tail are covered.
