Job Summary:
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue-related tools, processes, and analytics. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong experience in revenue operations and a proven track record of managing teams for 2-3 years.
What will you do:
- Develop, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes to drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue-related tools to ensure accuracy, integration, and effectiveness.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of sales and marketing technologies to support growth objectives.
- Marketing Operations experience is a strong advantage—helping enhance lead management, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
- Analyze and report key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting to senior leadership.
- Design and enforce data governance best practices to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Work closely with finance and leadership to align revenue goals with company objectives.
- Mentor and manage a small team (2-3 years of leadership experience required) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- 2-3 years of experience managing teams
- Preference for experience with Channel MSSPs and MSPs
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Deep understanding of lead-to-revenue processes, sales funnel optimization, and marketing attribution models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with CPQ, billing, and finance tools (e.g., Zuora, NetSuite).
- Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting for data analysis is a plus.
