Job Description :
Pay Range : $38hr - $40hr
Responsibilities :
- Service and Maintain HVAC systems to keep within allowable parameters.
- Performs a variety of minor service work for areas such as painting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical / electronic, security, electronic locking doors, hydraulics, carpentry, and machine servicing, etc.
- Will plan, select, and Client out required materials for service and repair work.
- Complete assigned Preventive Maintenance tasks.
- bility to understand building prints, schematics and other available documents while troubleshooting system or other types work requests.
- ssist with managing subcontracted work to ensure proper notifications are sent, work is completed in accordance with designed scope of work and ensures all safety requirements are met.
- bility to operate a variety of hand tools and machines instrumental to building operations.
- Provide detailed information related to the procurement group for new supplies and equipment.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and complies with all company policies.
- Is required to participate in an on-call rotation schedule to attend to emergency situations at the facility.
