- Experience in Rules extraction.
- Build and review statistical models for predicting customer behavior risk and demand.
- Develop and implement new product activities focusing on bank analytics.
- Good working knowledge of various data analytical tools, python, R etc, and Knowledge on nlp, reinforcement learning, dl.
- Experience in P&C insurance domain.
- Ability to drive research/analysis independently and collaboratively.
- Provide training and support in skill development.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
