Responsibilities:
- To be successful in this demanding role, candidate proven track record will enable candidate to deliver against the following key performance areas.
- Responsible for implementing part or all of the solutions related to UKG applications and related integrations to meet business requirements and in accordance with an agreed Functional design.
- Responsible for supporting the solution during Hypercare and post go-live of the Project(s).
- Responsible for working with the implementation partner(s) and Business on detailed functional design for payroll solution.
- Recommend and implement testing plans as appropriate for configuration changes/enhancements throughout projects as appropriate.
- Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment.
- Defining and implementing of interfaces to upstream and downstream systems.
- Manage & Understand Functional architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services.
- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
- 8 years delivering large-scale engagements with a combination of UKG PRO and UKG WFM- Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management with leadership responsibilities.
- Serve as the senior UKG representative for product and solution issues on large scale, complex deployments.
- Responsible for the high-level design and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and relevant risk mitigating strategies.
- Identify design, deployment obstacles and opportunities to optimize current functionality and integrate with third party solutions such as help systems (SFTP), Workday implementation partners.
- Nice to have experience working with SAP.
- Strong track record of implementing operational improvements to support strategies, able to influence organizational change.
- Proven results in working within a high-performance work team and gaining credibility with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and information; keeps abreast of industry and market trends; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in delivering value.
