What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at CYNET SYSTEMS?
Job Description:
- Under direct supervision performs a variety of general manual labor tasks such as, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes.
- May perform exterior maintenance such as cutting grass, weeding, trimming, and window washing.
- May operate small field equipment such as small tractors, UTV like Polaris or Kubota with proper training.
- Roguing/ Detasseling: Walking down designated rows of corn, identifying, and cutting undesirable rouges and diseased plants.
- Planting and irrigation set-up: Help planting operation to secure drip irrigation tapes during planting and connecting irrigation lines after planting.
- May perform various Parent Seed field and processing tasks to include but not limited to roguing, detasseling, husking and sorting, Plant and Field maintenance (mowing, weeding, window washing, painting, cleaning).
