- Conduct regular checks for data completeness across various systems.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Address and resolve data-related queries from users via the support mailbox to ensure smooth data entry.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on data processes, standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Manage master data requests, ensuring changes are documented, authorized, and implemented promptly.
- Research and categorize competitor data for incorporation into reports.
- Collaborate with sectors to enrich historical master data.
- Grant access and maintain licenses for digital reporting tools.
- Assist with data entry to ensure completeness and fulfill ad-hoc needs.
- Help with manual tasks like merging data, collecting information from non-database sources, and writing communications.
- Propose and discuss solutions for complex issues with supervisors, especially those affecting multiple processes.
- Recognize technical issues in the production environment and escalate them for resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
