- Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents and collaborate with IT support teams for resolution.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline network management tasks in SolarWinds, such as configuration management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Utilize network automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) to manage network infrastructure as code.
- Stay updated on emerging network technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Participate in projects to upgrade or replace legacy network infrastructure and introduce new technologies.
- Expert troubleshooting skills: candidates should possess advanced troubleshooting abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve operational issues within the data network.
