Job Description:
- This position reports to an Engineer within the Field Assurance Department.
- This department is responsible for fielding and processing customer complaints about products.
- The complaints may come from patients, and healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, or other healthcare staff.
- This department investigates the root cause of failure from an engineering perspective.
- This position will be responsible for helping to process customer complaints, aiding in the investigation of root cause analysis, and assisting with engineering activities including decontamination / processing returned medical devices, collecting data, analyzing data and preparing reports, and processing customer complaints.
