- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results.
- Track inventory, schedule technicians, and support service orders.
- Assist with contract updates, billing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the branch team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Compile reports and support shop technicians as needed.
- High school diploma 2 years of related experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings, with PPE.
