Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting supporting hardware and software engineering roles.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the hiring process.
- Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing candidates in our ATS, preparing a compensation analysis, engaging immigration and our export compliance partners when necessary, and closing of candidates.
- Ability to work with others
- A strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- A strong partner with our client groups to ensure transparency and open communication on expectations.
- Excellent time and project management is a must. This role will be exciting, challenging, and multifaceted.
- To be effective, this individual must have a proven ability to be highly effective in managing Candidates time and ongoing project deliverables.
- 3 years experience as a Recruiter hiring for G&A, technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Prior experience recruiting for roles within Engineering, IT, Semiconductor
- Prior agency and/or technical industry experience
- Prior experience supporting recruitment for domestic and international roles
- Prior experience utilizing Workday ATS
- Strong sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Required Years of Experience 3
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Agency industry experience.
- Desired Education :Bachelor's degree.
- Desired Years of Experience :3 years of technical recruiting experience.
Salary : $45 - $50
