- This position will support the IT Business Transformation Analyst in the design and development of policies, procedures, and overarching training for Information Technology staff.
- The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle s five stages and included service management processes.
- In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed.
- Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules.
- The selected candidate(s) will work directly with IT staff to understand their needs and develop training materials for their use and for the onboarding of new IT staff.
- Strong writing skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey information to a varied audience both technical and nontechnical.
- Ability to assess resources for accuracy and the ability to extract relevant data from large quantities of information.
- Strong analysis skills to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Strong understanding of the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of and ability to grasp technology related terminology and concepts.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and training.
- Experience using workplace e-learning tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Word.
- ITIL knowledge or certification.
- Experience using Articulate to develop workplace e-learning.
- Experience with training design and development.
- The preferred candidate will have 7 years of experience.
