Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Supporting / assisting Boehringer's Training & Development function.
- Planning, coordinating and booking classrooms or other appropriate venues ensuring they are properly set for training programs.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate training records such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets and so on.
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of materials such as instructional guides, feedback forms and so on.
- Liaison to Printer.
- Serving as a point of contact for vendors ensuring they follow established guidelines and policies.
- dministering a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.
- ssisting in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs.
- Managing team mailbox.
