- Seeking an experienced Windows Admin L3 to manage 1,024 servers across TriZetto and Non-TriZetto environments, including on-premises systems and select AWS-hosted systems (Rate Manager, WebStrat).
- This role covers system configuration, security, automation, and infrastructure management.
- System & User Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain applications and OS.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Implement firewalls, security patches, and vulnerability management.
- Use Precise and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
- Monitor system performance; optimize for maximum efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee monthly patching (via Kyndryl) and maintain configuration documentation.
- Utilize PowerShell to automate routine tasks (e.g., health checks, app installs).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support capacity planning.
- Collaborate with network admins on connectivity and configuration.
OS And Versions:
- Amazon Linux, Linux Oracle, Linux Red Hat, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Microsoft Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016 Datacenter, 2019 Datacenter/Standard)
- Servers: Physical and virtualized; provisioning and patching managed by Kyndryl.
- Access: Managed via CyberArk.
- Workloads: Application hosting.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery and performance monitoring concepts.
- Proven L3-level experience in Windows/Linux Administration.
- Strong skills in security, troubleshooting, and automation using PowerShell.
- Familiarity with large-scale, hybrid environments and compliance requirements.
