Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years professional Network Analyst
- 3 years experience troubleshooting root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, & teamwork ability
Nice to Have:
- Meraki Device & Meraki Web Dashboard familiarity
- POS familiarity
Job Description:
- Understanding our in-store network design and equipment in both brands
- Supporting and troubleshooting our in-store networks and devices
o Running PowerShell packet captures and analyzing in Wireshark
o leading support calls for troubleshooting store issues, engaging the vendor or Retail network team as needed.
- Understanding restaurant technology in store and how it connects and utilizes the network
- Utilizing Network tools to monitor and validate network issues in our stores
- Manage the network within our lab partnering with the Retail Network Team
- Technical documentation and knowledge articles and training for our Support teams
- Form cross functional relationships and communications with our network vendor, network team and support teams.
- Familiar with Meraki devices and Meraki Web Dashboard
- Understanding of Windows Firewall for Windows 10/Windows11
- Understanding and troubleshooting in-store Wireless Network
- Understanding and troubleshooting Cellular and Satellite Network devices
