What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Accounting Officer position at Cyperus Group, Inc?
Controller and CAO positions are available, 3 days a week in office
Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring alignment with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support annual audits and resolve issues. Ensure proper tax compliance and reporting.
Provide strategic accounting insights to senior management, offering recommendations to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and support strategic business decisions.
Salary : $160,000 - $220,000
