What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Specialist position at Cyperus Group, Inc?
Manage vendor risk and contract management across all of the bank with emphasis on service levels, performance and compliance.
Lead, plan, draft, and execute vendor assessment and performance program.
Audit and establish operational service levels and response, remedy and resolution guidelines.
Establish and maintain internal relationships with other departmental peers to ensure proper alignment. The position will be responsible in partnership with the various relationship managers for vendor evaluation, selection and performance.
Facilitate and oversee the day to day processing of the full lifecycle of a vendor.
