We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and loves being the backbone of operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our clients, contractors, vendors, and design team while managing essential administrative and logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and contractors via phone and in-person interactions.
- Accept and organize inbound warehouse deliveries, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Monitor and manage the general inbox, responding to inquiries and requests.
- Provide biweekly status updates to clients and contractors.
- Manage new leads and create client folders after measurements are scheduled.
- Order and track materials
- Schedule inbound and outbound deliveries with vendors and delivery companies.
- Follow up with vendors regarding ETAs or issues with orders and materials.
- Support email marketing efforts and monitor social media platforms.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general administrative tasks.
