PAY: $18.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. (By Experience)

WHAT YOU DO - MATTERS
A project's success is measured by: Being on time. Being on Budget. Having a happy client who loves their new space and would recommend to friends and family. The Project Coordinator plays a critical part in the success of each project, and overall company.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for all project communication and management.
- Communicate across all departments.
- Organize, motivate, and lead team members.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of materials.
- Manage Trade Partner scope, scheduling, adherence to quotes, ad invoice processing.
- Communicate daily with PM to ensure a smooth flowing project.
- Oversee work progress, ensuring alignment with client schedule.
- Verify in process work meets specifications, expectation of quality, and is completed on time.

- Minimum High School Diploma
IS THIS YOU?
- Experience in the Remodeling/Construction Industry
- Knowledge of installation practices and products used in residential remodeling
- Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
- Experience in directly managing personnel a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Willing to complete drug screening and background check
