This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Drive, email management, and basic administrative tools.
- Provide biweekly status updates to clients and contractors.
- Order and track materials, following up with vendors regarding ETAs or issues with orders and materials.
- Support email marketing efforts and monitor social media platforms.
A background in logistics, administrative support, or interior design would be highly beneficial.
