QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school dipolma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in general office management and procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity regarding employment records, student records and departmental issues.
- Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Operate ten key by touch with accuracy and speed preferred.
- Competency on CFISD proficiency test (Score of 85 or above and a minimum of 50 wpm typing skills) preferred.

SALARY/PAY GRADE:
$36,423/CP-5 as approved by the Board of Trustees
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the CFISD athletic program.
- Assist with the coordination of all district-wide athletic events and contests.
- Work with staff members to coordinate and process payment for officials and workers for all sporting events.
- Obtain and schedule workers for athletic events held at the Berry Center Arena, Cy-Fair FCU Stadium and Pridgeon Stadium.
- Process and track travel advances for tournaments and playoffs, and travel reimbursements for employees.
- Process deposits and maintain spreadsheets for entry fees for district athletic event
- Complete UIL playoff game reports for teams that compete in playoffs.
- Assist with ticket sales for district-wide and campus based activities.
- Assist the assistant athletic administrative team (which includes directors, coordinators, and other assistants) with the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
- Ensure that customer service skills are evident in daily communication, including telephone calls, e-mails and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist with making meeting arrangements for department activities including preparing materials, scheduling and setting up facilities, and arranging equipment.
- Assisting with retrieving and distributing office mail.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
