- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three (3) years of successful clerical experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Office and Google Drive).
- Proficient skills in data entry and file maintenance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in general office management and procedures.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks and change assignments on short notice, with little direction.
- Experience in the use of eSchool Plus and Cognos software preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of integrity regarding student records.
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.

Essential Functions
- Maintain Emergent Bilingual student PEIMS data; audit and review data to ensure accuracy.
- Provide technical assistance to LPAC representatives in collecting and reporting student data and program information.
- Maintain files and records in preparation for possible state compliance audit.
- Assist the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Special Populations with the preparation of LPAC representative district meetings.
- Perform data entry and run reports from existing databases in Eschool Plus and Cognos.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and student records.
- Work with district PEIMS Coordinator on accuracy of PEIMS submissions.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Special Populations.
