Benefits Analyst
Position Overview :
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the administration of U.S. and Canadian health benefit offerings and retirement plans. The ideal candidate will have experience managing benefits programs for large organizations (5,000 employees) and possess strong analytical and vendor management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the day-to-day administrator and subject matter expert for Deluxe Benefit Programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership, addressing complex benefit inquiries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including plan audits, ACA filings, and 5500 reports.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and compliance with contracts.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Workday configurations for benefits administration.
Perform audits to ensure data and billing accuracy, resolving issues as needed.
Partner with the Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Manager, and HR teams on various projects.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
Experience working with large clients (5,000 employees).
Strong blend of retirement and health & welfare benefits program management.
Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in employee benefits programs.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to respond to employee inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Experience with Workday Help is a plus.
Self-starter who can identify support needs with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree 2 years of relevant experience OR
HS Diploma / GED 6 years of relevant experience
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources, or Finance.
Experience : 3 years of related experience in benefits administration.
