Job Title : Benefits Analyst
Location : 801 Marquette Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55402
Pay : $43.94 / hr (weekly pay on W2) Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits
Contract Length : 3 months
Schedule : Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday), 20 hours / week (could increase to 40 hours based on workload)
What You’ll Do
Administer U.S. and Canadian health benefits and retirement plans for employees and retirees.
Act as the go-to expert for benefit programs, offering analysis, recommendations, and clear communication.
Ensure compliance with audits, ACA filings, 5500 reports, and enrollment reporting.
Manage vendor relationships to guarantee excellent service and compliance.
Maintain accurate, secure employee benefits records.
Optimize Workday configurations for benefits management.
Perform data audits, resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings.
Your Day-to-Day
Respond to employee benefit inquiries quickly and effectively.
Analyze data to support benefit program decisions.
Conduct audits to ensure billing and data accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2 years with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with HS / GED.
Expertise : Knowledge of retirement, health, and welfare programs with large employee groups (5,000 ).
Bonus Points : Experience with Workday, vendor management, and data analysis.
Preferred : Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or Finance with 3 years of related experience.
