To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related life science field
- 1–2 years of relevant lab experience, preferably in a diagnostics, PCR testing, or regulated medical device/IVD environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
