What are the responsibilities and job description for the Calibration and Inspection Technician position at Cypress HCM?
We are seeking a skilled Calibration and Inspection Technician to join our team at Cypress HCM. This key role will provide technical guidance and support for the calibration, maintenance, and repair of complex precision measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate, maintain, and repair a variety of measurement instruments, including dimensional, mechanical, torque, electronic, and in-process instrumentation.
- Ensure correct data entry and maintain records for internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of ISO certification standards.
Required Skills:
- 5 years' experience in calibration and inspection-related field.
- Proficiency in CMM programming, GD&T, and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Associates Degree in related field such as electronics technology, engineering, or similar discipline.
- Certifications such as ASQ (American Society for Quality) or equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary range of $79-89K full health benefits and PTO, depending on experience level.
