General Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with a strong background in change communications—including strategic messaging, newsletters, graphics, and KPI dashboards. This role is responsible for driving successful change management strategies across a portfolio of key business initiatives.
As a Senior OCM Specialist, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and develop compelling communication plans to ensure smooth transitions for new business processes and technologies. Your expertise in change management will help foster employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management initiatives, ensuring leadership alignment, sponsorship, and effective strategy development.
- Develop and implement organizational change strategies, including change lifecycle management and preparedness.
- Drive operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement through timely and high-quality execution of change objectives.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards, tracking and reporting key performance metrics for ongoing initiatives.
- Design and maintain OCM tools, templates, and resources to support cross-functional teams.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to OCM team members and broader project teams, ensuring excellence in change delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the OCM function as it continues to mature within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP-approved courses) preferred.
- Strong experience in communication strategy, content creation, and digital communication tools.
- Proven ability to drive change through effective communication, organization, and relationship-building.
