About the Role:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Worldwide VP Integrated Supply Chain. You will lead strategy development and deployment, ensuring strategic alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) top-down and bottom-up. Your expertise will guide site leadership teams in creating strategic visions for improvement goals, deployment roadmaps, and maturity expectations based on priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute plant implementation plans for Excellence and Cost-to-Win
* Coach plant leadership teams in Excellence, focusing on external and internal benchmarking
* Drive Zero Loss mindset across critical areas to optimize quality, delivery, and cost while improving safety
* Establish fundamental excellence in safety, quality, and reliability through capability development and growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
* Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience/leadership experience in a plant
* Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma business systems
* Excellent communication and project management skills
