Responsibilities :
- Integrate all AutoCAD and Creo drawings / BOMs into Windchill and maintain these records and workflows daily.
- Oversee the workflow for new pump orders, R&D projects, and the addition of new product models.
- Create and maintain effective training materials and standard operating procedures, while providing training to staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Incorporate software components and third-party programs related to old drawings, BOMs, and training procedures into Windchill.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the document management systems for continuous improvement.
- Develop technical documentation for reference, training, and reporting purposes.
- Ensure PTC Creo and Windchill software are regularly updated with the latest features and upgrades.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Employ excellent project management capabilities to effectively manage development processes, coordinate with various teams, and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and convey technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to guarantee the functionality and reliability of applications while promptly addressing potential issues.
- Possess knowledge of pertinent industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance with necessary guidelines and requirements.
