What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Measurement Professional position at Cypress HCM?
Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled CMM Quality Technician to join our team in Forest Lake, Minnesota. This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our manufacturing process by implementing and maintaining effective quality control procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). They should also possess knowledge of blueprint reading, GDT, and component manufacturing processes.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. The selected candidate will also develop and adapt inspection equipment to meet quality standards, make suggestions to improve procedures and equipment, and assist in the handling and documentation of nonconforming product.
This role requires strong analytical skills to investigate and determine the cause of quality issues, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with production personnel and other stakeholders.
