">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 5 years' experience in a metrology-related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; effective business correspondence and reporting.
- Proficiency in CMM programming, GD&T, and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Associates Degree in a related field, such as electronics technology, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Certifications, such as ASQ (American Society for Quality), are highly desirable.
Essential Duties
">- Calibrate, maintain, and repair a variety of measurement instruments, including dimensional, mechanical, torque, electronic, and in-process instrumentation.
- Ensure correct data entry and maintain records for internal and external ISO certification audits.
- Develop and implement new metrology processes and calibration procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues with measurement systems and instruments.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and other staff on metrology practices and procedures.
