Sr. Account Executive

Position Summary

The Sr. Account Executive plays a critical role in managing Cypress’ prospective and emerging clients and as such is a key to our overall success. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and executing all client facing initiatives while developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients and prospects in order to generate new business.

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be tasked with determining the customer’s hiring needs and translating those needs to our award-winning talent acquisition team in order to facilitate an effective search. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and serve as a “bridge” between the client and the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and follow up with potential leads to develop a pipeline of clients and prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders
  • Leverage existing relationships with current accounts to grow the business
  • Negotiate contract terms and staffing fees that result in a win for everybody
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and develop creative recruiting solutions to match their business needs
  • Set and maintain client expectations and be proactive about solving problems
  • Actively source and provide valuable market research, including industry-specific information and trends for clients and teammates
  • Collaborate with peers to develop target account strategies, identify cross-sell opportunities, share best practices and identify process improvements

Position Requirements

This is self-directed role that plays a large part in the growth and success of the company. Successful candidates will have excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills and have experience working in fast-paced business environment

  • Minimum 4 years of Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development and / or Sales experience preferably within the staffing industry
  • Exemplary relationship building and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a creative problem-solving approach
  • Self-Starter with the ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision
  • Team-player who works hard, but understands how to have fun during peaks and valleys
  • A consistent track record of hitting goal and numbers
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salary Range :

  • 65K - $100K plus incentive compensation
  • Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
