Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct a variety of engaging activities and programs based on residents' interests and preferences, including social gatherings, outings, educational sessions, arts and crafts, music, and more.
- Compile and distribute a monthly calendar of activities to residents and staff.
- Operate within budgetary guidelines to ensure effective use of resources.
- Assist with marketing efforts and network with referral sources under the direction of the Executive Director.
- Develop and implement training and orientation programs for volunteers.
- Attend team meetings, resident evaluations, and continuing education programs.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the Wellness Director.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, following facility protocols for procurement.
- Provide safe transportation for residents to activities and appointments as needed.
- Foster community and family support through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct oneself professionally and in compliance with facility policies.
- Promote positive interactions and provide excellent customer service that supports resident care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
