- A working knowledge of infrastructure standards governing cabling (Fiber optic and copper) and site cabling infrastructure design.
- Cloud experience (AWS and Azure a plus.)
- A strong working knowledge of PAN OS and Palo Alto Networks.
- A working knowledge of SD-WAN remote access technologies. Specific VeloCloud experience a plus.
- A working understanding of Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC / NetScaler) a plus.A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field is required.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional Certification and / or CISSP.
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
- Additional certification preferred and will be a consideration to cover both the experience and degree requirement. Applicable Certifications include, but not limited to : o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)o Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)o Juniper Enterprise Routing and Switching Specialist (JNCIS-ENT) a plus
