OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with checking in and loading out product, resolving product issues, and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
S / he will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customers and addressing customer product questions, concerns, and issues.
The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the Plant Manager for resolution.
This individual should demonstrate our core values, enjoy resolving issues, be highly motivated, an independent critical thinker, and a team player who has a passion for a quality service experience for the customer.
S / he must be a team player who is reliable and understands their dependability is important for the team’s success.
This individual will report to the Customer Service Lead & Office Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Update the company database by inputting information from each customer interaction and keeping customer information current
Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead & Office Assistant to develop efficient methods for handling customer issues
Take incoming calls from customers
Check in and load out product
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Call customers to coordinate when they can pick up the product
Work with Customer Service Lead & Office Assistant to monitor and increase customer satisfaction
Assist in developing creative methods for delivering exceptional customer service to each and every customer
Maintain logs
Assist Customer Service Lead & Office Assistant with clerical duties including but not limited to invoicing, ordering ingredients and supplies, and assist in scheduling.
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
2 years of experience in a customer service role
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (prolonged periods of standing, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, lift 60 plus pounds)

Compensation : $11.25-13.00 per hour depending upon experience. Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance at 90 day evaluation.
