What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Dispatcher position at Cyprus Air?

We're currently seeking 2 full-time Senior Dispatchers to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide the Team with support that will better serve our customers
- Dispatch the technicians to their jobs and ensure technician invoice notes are accurate.
- Engage in Employee supervision and training for all process and procedures regarding Technicians, Office Staff, to follow through with solutions and remedies
- Monitor the Dispatch Board and ensure that we have coverage for all jobs
- Complete any Calls needed for the day
- Create any Folders needed for the next day or the day of the appointment
- Ensure correct job assignments in the operating software
- Review and respond to emails received from the night before and consistently respond to those received on a daily basis
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by Ownership and management.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in a customer service position
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position
- At least 5 years of dispatching experience strongly preferred
