We are seeking an experienced Masonry Laborer to join our skilled team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and repair of brick, stone, concrete, and block structures.
- Prepare and clean work sites, including removing debris, and setting up tools and equipment.
- Mix and prepare mortar and other materials for use in masonry projects.
- Help with the layout and alignment of masonry units.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure work is completed according to all codes and regulations.
- Operate tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and mixers.
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry or construction labor.
- Familiarity with masonry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Own transportation preferred.
