Position Overview:
As a Masonry Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in growing our commercial and residential project portfolio. You'll work with general contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners to understand their masonry needs, provide accurate proposals, and ensure a smooth sales-to-project transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospects for commercial and residential masonry work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners
- Prepare and present bids, proposals, and project estimates
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field crews to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry standards
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, ideally in masonry, construction, or a related field
- Knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and project documents is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
