We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gaming Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming facilities. As a Gaming Manager, you will ensure compliance with gaming regulations while providing an engaging and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training and Scheduling gaming staff.
- Reconciling all gaming paperwork
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to promote professional growth.
- Prospecting new gaming sites
- Coordinating with et up and tear down of sites
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness of sites while maintaining cordial relationships with managers and owners.
- Perform rounds and maintain gaming equipment and recommended modifications
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest services and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a casino or gaming environment preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction management.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
