What You'll Do :
Project Management & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives like cost reduction, process optimization, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Create and execute project plans, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and use data to drive performance enhancements.Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.ERP & Process Expertise
Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to support project management and operational tasks.Utilize your understanding of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to drive process innovation.Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across production, quality assurance, purchasing, service, and finance teams.What You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics).Proven experience leading small to medium-sized projects and implementing continuous improvement solutions.Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and process optimization.Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and floor layout design.Experience with Engineering Change Order Systems and understanding of Device History Records and Bills of Materials.Key Skills :
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, clear communication, creativity, and critical thinking.Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organization.Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a standing position for up to an hour at a time.Why Join Us?
