As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our expert Service Delivery team across the Americas, reporting to Kevin Malantic.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, opening service requests, and dispatching corrective repairs/preventative maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experience through timely issue resolution and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Opening and prioritizing service requests, ensuring seamless execution of corrective and preventative maintenance work orders.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or call center environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred qualifications include:
- Salesforce and Service Board experience.
