The Purpose:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility by utilizing Czarnowski COMS Inventory system. This role will serve to minimize data entry and ensure Client Inventory accuracy. The Inventory Coordinator will support multiple positions including, but not limited to the Logistics Coordinator, Project Manager and Account Manager.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility by utilizing Czarnowski COMS Inventory system. The Inventory Coordinator will support multiple positions including, but not limited to the Logistics Coordinator, Project Manager and Account Manager.
The Job:
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity within COMS Inventory
- Maintaining asset identification (barcodes, content sheets, Czarnowski branding. etc)
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections in accordance with Management approval
- Assist with the overall inventory control function at the site.
- Responsible for overseeing physical inventories, random audits. reports and reconciliations.
- Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Regularly training site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
- Follow all Czarnowski work requirements.
- Assist supervision/management as needed.
- Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
- Maintain professional relationship with multiple facilities across the country as needed
- Self-directed, with the ability to communicate issues, make recommendations and solve problems
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and pro-active tracking of transactions
- Able to manage and prioritize many details with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
- Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
