The Purpose :
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee new production projects from start to finish. You'll ensure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet deadlines while collaborating with internal teams and vendors. If you have a passion for problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and experience in fabrication, this is the role for you!
The Job :
- Assist the Account Director (AD) and / or Account Manager (AM) in driving new construction pricing.
- Take ownership of project budgets and ensure financial accuracy throughout production.
- Enter all production work into the Czarnowski system based on the COMS work order "AS SOLD" submitted by the account team.
- Utilize Czarnowski's web-based workflow system to manage project progress.
- Support project launch meetings with AD and AM to streamline project flow through production.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring alignment with department schedules.
- Communicate key production deadlines to client services and assist in overall timeline development.
- Review and approve CAD drawings, ensuring design accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Oversee production processes and fabricated items, collaborating with shop leads and production managers.
- Assist logistics coordinators in managing warehouse inventory and transportation planning.
- Report quality control concerns to the appropriate department managers.
This position is evaluated based on production knowledge, project completion success, and the ability to manage production timelines. The Project Manager will be assessed on their coordination of CAD, fabrication, and warehouse activities, communication effectiveness with account teams, and overall project profitability.

Colorado Salary and Benefit Statement : The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.
Colorado Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000 / yr
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
