The Purpose :
Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager this position provides administrative support for the office, shop, warehouse, and production departments. In addition to typing, filing, purchasing supplies and assisting with projects. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
The Job :
- Research and outsource production material for various departments.
- Procures parts, searches finishes, and other special-order items needed.
- Work with production team to coordinate procurement of materials and complete purchase orders.
- Manage and procure stock items
- Input billing for materials used by production departments.
- Assist with expenses
- Manage communication from vendors and inform various departments
