Roofing Repair Technician

D-7 Construction, the St. Louis leader in new construction roofing, is seeking an experienced Shingle Roofing Repair Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Help us Maintain high quality standards for our homebuilders
• Perform various shingle roof repairs as directed by work orders from superintendents
• Inspect roofs and provide communication to superintendents, Customer service reps or homeowners regarding scheduling and work performed
• Pick up necessary materials for scheduled work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized company van
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including materials used and labor hours

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience as a shingle installer, repair technician, or in a similar roofing role
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Proficient in working safely and effectively on construction sites
• Physically capable of performing manual labor and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Smartphone literate
• Valid driver license

This is a full-time, year-round position with a Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift schedule.
