We are seeking an experienced construction foreperson to join our team, responsible for monitoring crew production, ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations, and leading by example in areas of safety, work product, and work ethic.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge, general heavy highway, and/or marine construction
- 8 years' experience preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
