As an Experienced Construction Foreperson with D.A. Collins Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing crew productions, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and leading by example in areas such as safety and work product.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge, general heavy highway, and/or marine construction, as well as a valid driver's license or reliable transportation for timely reporting to work.
A background in NYSDOT and/or VTrans standard specifications for bridge and general civil construction is also essential.
