Summary / Function : Oversee and execute a broad range of marketing activities to contribute to the successful promotion of the D.A. Davidson & Co. Wealth Management business line. Responsible for developing marketing strategies, writing, managing the production, design and delivery of marketing materials, and ensuring client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations are updated as appropriate. Must build effective client relationships with key business stakeholders and be able to work in a matrixed environment supporting various wealth management leaders and top producing financial advisors, as well as the Marketing Department.
While this is not a remote work position, open to exploring opportunities anywhere in the U.S. where we have space available for full-time in office work within our office footprint.
Required Experience :
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record in the Financial Services Industry- minimum of three years
- Required experience in Wealth Management Marketing, working with top financial advisors in a marketing advisory capacity.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and guiding advisors to build their social media presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in copywriting.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive individual contributor who can collaborate effectively across groups and within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide strategic rationale for recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with a high-degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to travel as required.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $56,000 - $77,000. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. This role is eligible to participate in applicable D.A. Davidson variable compensation programs.
