**Job Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the company’s calendar efficiently.
- Order permits and schedule inspections as needed.
- Send out bills and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Order warranties for newly installed units.
- Create and maintain important company documents.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including emails, social media, and other promotional tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
- Basic marketing knowledge is a plus.
- HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not required.
